Description

The ME7180L Thumb^TM Series Power Modules are non-isolated dc-dc converters that operate over a wide input voltage range of 3Vdc to 5.5Vdc and provide a precisely (1%) regulated dc output with industry standard SIP pin out. The modules have a maximum output current rating of 6A at a typical full-load efficiency of 90%. ME7180L is output fixed version, ME7180L-ADJ is the adjust version.Standard features include negative logic remote on/off and output voltage adjustable, over-current protection, over-temperature protection. Option features include output voltage remote sense compensation, positive logic remote on/off etc.
