3~5.5Vdc Input, 5~18V Output, 2A, 12W power module
Description
The ME7123 Power Modules are non-isolated Step-up dc-dc converters that operate over a wide input voltage range of 3Vdc to 5.5Vdc and provide a precisely (2%) regulated dc output in SMT package. The modules with very small size, have a maximum output current rating of 2A, power rating 12W. Standard features include remote on/off, over-temperature protection.
